Job Description

OneRecovery, an early stage healthcare based technology startup, is seeking a challenge-driven web application developer and engineer to join our team. We work extensively with Drupal and this position requires extensive experience with PHP and strong familiarity with other open source frameworks like Symfony and Zend. The ideal candidate will be able to work hands-on with the development team to quickly diagnose issues and take steps to resolve them. An entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills and a “whatever it takes” attitude are strongly desired. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential qualities that the desired candidate will possess.

Tasks:

* Lead the development team through entire life cycle, from analysis and design to development, test and delivery.
* Leads reviews of analysis, designs and code to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
* Responsible for technical planning, systems integration, verification, validation and effectiveness analysis.
* Create software architecture artifacts for application development efforts and enhancements based on PHP and MySQL Server Technologies
* Produce software design, technical specifications based on approved architecture.



Requirements:

* B.A./B.S. or Equivalent work experience
* Extensive experience with Drupal, PHP and MySQL
* Experience working with Subversion
* Experience working in Agile development environment
* Portfolio examples of most current work
